- Select the space switcher.
- Choose Learner Space or Creator Space.
- Wait for the selected space to open.
The navigation and available tools will update based on the selected space.
How the Spaces Look Different
Wistudi may use different visual themes to make each space easier to recognise.
For example:
- Learner Space may use a lighter interface.
- Creator Space may use a darker interface.
- Navigation icons may use different accent colours.
- The current space name may appear in the navigation.
These visual differences help reduce confusion when switching between learning and creation tasks.
Learner Space Navigation
Learner Space navigation may include:
- Dashboard
- Discover
- Library
- My Progress
- Profile
- Notifications
The exact items may depend on which features are currently active.
Creator Space Navigation

- Dashboard
- Workspace
- Creator Tools
- Analytics
- Profile
- Notifications
- Settings
Some items may remain hidden until they unlock.
One Account, Two Experiences
You do not need separate Wistudi accounts to use both spaces.
The same account can be used to:
- Complete learning content
- Create Flows
- Build Interactive Videos
- Share content
- Manage learners
- Review reports
- Participate in content created by others
Your learning progress and created content remain connected to the same account.
Choosing Which Space to Use
Use Learner Space when you want to:
- Complete learning

- Continue an unfinished experience
Use Creator Space when you want to:
- Create content
- Edit content

If You Are Both a Learner and Creator
Many users use both spaces regularly.
For example:
- A teacher may complete training in Learner Space and create lessons in Creator Space.
- A trainer may learn from another creator and also manage their own learners.
- A student may later create a project or learning experience.
- A business user may complete internal training and build onboarding content.
Switch spaces based on the task you are performing.
Progressive Access
Not every section may appear immediately.
For example:
- Learner Space may be available from the beginning.
- Workspace may unlock after you start creating.
- Creator Tools may unlock after you publish.
- Analytics may unlock after content has been shared.
This helps keep the platform simpler for new users.
Space-Specific Actions
Some actions only appear in the relevant space.
For example:
Learner Space actions
- Start
- Continue
- Resume
- Review
- View progress

Creator Space actions

You do not always need to manually open Learner Space first.
After completing or leaving the content, you may return to Learner Space to find it again.
Creator Links and Workspace Access
When opening one of your own Flows or Interactive Videos, Wistudi may take you directly into the creator view.
From there, you may be able to:

- Review reports
Make sure you are in Creator Space before attempting to manage content.
