Getting Help and Contacting Support

Wistudi provides several ways to find help when you have a question, need guidance, or experience a problem.

Before contacting Support, start by searching the Help Centre. Most common questions can be resolved through step-by-step guides and troubleshooting articles.

Search the Help Centre

Use the Help Centre search bar to look for:

  • A feature name
  • A task you want to complete
  • An error message
  • A button or setting
  • A common question

For better results, use short and specific terms.

Examples:

  • Publish a Flow
  • Reset password
  • Share with learners
  • Activity Reports
  • Upload video
  • Live Share

Browse by Category

Help Centre articles are organised into main categories, including:

  • Getting Started
  • Flows
  • Interactive Videos
  • Activities and Content Blocks
  • Learners and Reports
  • Sharing and Live Teaching
  • Workspace and Account
  • Guides and Troubleshooting

Choose the category that best matches the task you are trying to complete.

Follow Related Articles

Articles may include a What’s Next? or related articles section.

Use these links to continue to:

  • The next step in a process
  • A more detailed feature guide
  • A relevant troubleshooting article
  • A connected platform area

This is often faster than returning to the Help Centre homepage.

Check the Article Date

Wistudi continues to develop, so some features, labels, or layouts may change.

When available, check the article’s last updated date to confirm that the guidance reflects the current platform version.

When to Contact Support

Contact Wistudi Support when:

  • You cannot access your account
  • A shared link does not work
  • Your progress or submission appears missing
  • A feature is not working as expected
  • You see an error that prevents you from continuing
  • You cannot publish or share content after completing the required steps
  • You believe your account or data may be affected
  • The Help Centre does not answer your question

For access to private content, you may need to contact the creator or instructor first.

Contacting the Creator or Instructor

Contact the person who shared the learning experience when the issue relates to:

  • An expired link
  • An access limit
  • Locked Pages
  • Available attempts
  • Passing requirements
  • Assignment instructions
  • Missing feedback
  • Live session access
  • Content availability

These settings are often controlled by the creator rather than Wistudi Support.

Information to Include

When contacting Support, provide enough information to explain the issue clearly.

Include:

  • Your Wistudi account email
  • The feature or page affected
  • The title of the Flow or Interactive Video
  • What you were trying to do
  • What happened instead
  • The wording of any error message
  • A screenshot when useful
  • The approximate time the issue occurred

Do not send your password.

How to Describe a Problem

A clear support request should explain:

  1. What you were trying to do
  2. The steps you followed
  3. What you expected to happen
  4. What actually happened

Example:

I opened a shared Flow and signed in successfully. After selecting Continue, the next Page remained locked even though the required activity showed as completed.

This is more useful than saying only that the platform is not working.

Screenshots

A screenshot can help Support understand:

  • Error messages
  • Missing controls
  • Incorrect status labels
  • Layout problems
  • Unexpected results

Before sending a screenshot, remove or hide private information that is not relevant to the issue.

Support Response

After submitting a support request:

  • Keep the confirmation or ticket reference when provided.
  • Check the email linked to your Wistudi account.
  • Reply in the same support conversation when adding information.
  • Avoid submitting several requests for the same issue.

Support may ask for additional details before the issue can be investigated.

Urgent Issues

Mark a request as urgent only when the issue:

  • Prevents a scheduled live session
  • Blocks many users from accessing content
  • Affects account security
  • Causes serious data or publishing problems
  • Prevents a time-sensitive event from continuing

For ordinary questions, use the standard support process.
